At present,China is in the transition period of economic development,and the demand for talents is huge.It not only needs high-tech talents,but also needs scientific and technological talents,knowledge talents and skilled talents.In recent years,under the background of "craftsman spirit" advocated by the country and the high-paying recruitment of skilled talents by enterprises,the higher vocational and technical colleges to train skilled talents have become a hot topic in the education circle.However,at the present stage,China’s higher vocational education has not emerged from the traditional education model and educational concept,whether from the quality of teaching,the quality of students’ enrollment or the cultivation of the spirit of the craftsman,there is a big gap with the expected goals,so the research on this issue has become the research purpose and significance of this paper.This paper is divided into 5 parts:The first part is the introduction,which expounds the historical background and important significance of cultivating the spirit of craftsman at the present stage.Under the background of the extensive development of the spirit of craftsman and the training of craftsman at home and abroad,the research on this subject is of historical significance and theoretical value.The second part is the theoretical basis to explain what is the craftsman of a big country,what is the craftsman spirit and the significance of cultivating the craftsman spirit for higher vocational education institutions,Chinese society and individuals.The corresponding theoretical basis becomes the theoretical foundation of this paper to analyze the problem and explore the causes of the problem.The third part is the current situation survey.Taking changchun automotive industry college as an example,the author conducts research on the cultivation of craftsman spirit by means of questionnaire,field research and other research methods,and summarizes the existing problems at the school level,teachers’ level and students’ level based on the questionnaire results.The fourth part is the cause analysis,combining with the above investigation results,and the basic theory of the school level,teachers level and students level to carry out in-depth cause analysis.The fifth part is countermeasures.According to the above problems and the analysis results of causes,countermeasures are put forward to improve the current situation of insufficient cultivation of craftsman spirit. |
