John Dewey,the famous philosopher and educator,puts forward the idea that "education is life",and advocates the real education shall be learn from the life,learn from the experience,and learn from the activity.Teachers can guide and inspire students to discover knowledge from the experience,trigger students' emotions,and generate value and meaning.Based on the basic theory of experiential teaching,this paper illuminates the concept of experiential teaching and its four characteristics,namely,the experience of subject,integrity of experience process,interactive contents of experience,and constructiveness of experience.Combined with the training objectives and models by secondary vocational school it specifies the meaning and value of conducting experiential teaching in moral education classroom at middle-level professional schools.Based on the basic theory of experiential teaching,and combined with various teaching forms of experiential teaching(such as the case discussion experience,game activity experience,simulation experience,and social practice experience.)applied in the secondary vocational schools,this paper analyzes the problems emerging from the implementation process of experiential teaching.On the basis of the analysis of problems such as “didactic model”,"experience separated from life",and "experience without supervision",issue practical and targeted strategries of improving the effectiveness of experiential teaching at moral education class in secondary vocational schools.Try to improve the effectiveness of experiential teaching in secondary vocational school by establishing the learning community,interacting with students in their lives,and enhancing the guidance and supervision,in the aspects of teaching subject relationship,relation between teaching contents and lives,and process of teaching.
