New Curriculum in Vocational Moral Education based on "student-centered, the implementation of individualized teaching" philosophy, and actively promote independent thinking, self-exploration, personal experience, active participation, cooperative learning and other modern learning methods, which will promote the moral lesson teachers to re-examine, positioning our classroom, abandon traditional passive learning situation, the creation can promote students’ comprehensive, proactive development of new teaching mode.In this paper, the modern educational theory, theoretical research and empirical research using a combination of methods, systematically expounded the meaning of experience teaching and theoretical basis, the initial construction Moral experience in vocational teaching model, combined with their own teaching practice empirical analysis experience teaching moral education in vocational teaching practice in the use of type and the actual results. Aims to arouse more friendly experience for vocational teaching mode Moral concerns, thinking or research interests.This study is based on experiential learning theory, summarize the existing exploration experience, combined with the author’s teaching practice, design Moral experience in vocational teaching mode of the general process is:clear goals, establish teaching mode, create situations, wake up experience awareness of the problem guidance, clear direction experience, activities, and more to interactive experiences, exchanges and cooperation, rich sound experience, evaluation reflection, deepening integration experience teaching six steps. Experimental results show that:Compared with the traditional teaching, experiential teaching helps establish the dominant position of students, teaching is conducive to enhancing the democratic awareness, help to optimize the learning process and improve the effectiveness of the teaching moral education. Hope that through this study to the current moral education in vocational teaching experience to carry out a certain reference value.
