The Research On Establishment Of Performance Appraisal System Project Management Of Vocational Schools

Although it is not long that the project management theory was brought in China, but in various engineering and technical projects it has been promoted more quickly, and has become a more mature, in line with China’s national conditions of the theoretical system. But the project management theory as a scientific management idea, can it be applied well in non-engineering and non-technical projects? Currently, many experts and scholars have begun to conduct a related research and practice. This includes the applied research of the project management activities in the various colleges and universities.The author of the paper taking the example of personally involved in the establishment of performance targets of S College of evaluation system project, describes a more comprehensive application of project management to establish performance goals in the S College project evaluation system. It is a useful attempt for the future in college or vocational institutions management activities.Firstly, this article based on vocational schools in the performance evaluation of the status quo, analyzes the S College established performance appraisal system, and finds that the project as a project in terms of both the starting point in time, but also the end point in time. And in scope, time, quality, human resources and risk and so on, there are certain constraints relations. So it provides an important carrier for the rational application of project management theory, and also has some viability. But in terms of cost and organization, it is different from its in technical and engineering projects. Thus, it has an important significance for discussing other similar projects in the vocational college by applying the project management theory in this project.Secondly, according to the theory of project management I do the specific conduct of the project. This includes design and planning, control and implementation, and acceptance and evaluation of the project. In the course of implementation, we carry out the entire project and implementation of the overall organization. coordination and so on by establishing the PMO. The stage of design and planning, illustrates its contents of project management theory to this project, and its programming to project organizations and the project time, scope, human resource management, cost and quality aspects of planning in accordance with the general requirements. Implementation and control stage is the focus of this article. It focuses on the specific implementation process, and conflict in the planning and implementation of control measures to adjust. In the implementation process, through methods of the project WBS task decomposition, it refers to the relevant departments responsibility division, and describes PMO’s responsibilities and tasks in the process of implementing. In monitoring the project, the Gantt chart takes a clear method of project progress, and meanwhile it brings in the introduction of lights method to control the progress of the project, and focuses on the application of communication management in this project. Finally, It’s the project’s final stage, the acceptance and evaluation.This performance appraisal software project is an important sub-project in the establishment of performance appraisal system in S College, and it is essential for the total project. And its complement will ultimately affect the overall project. This article is also in accordance with the theory of project management to carry out performance appraisal software project management and implementation, and through this to explore the application of project management in software project. Software design ideas highlight its final product, practicability, and the matching with performance appraisal software. In the design process it focuses on the need of software design and develops corresponding strategies and programs well, and uses the second method of software design task WBS to decompose; in the development process, the main use of time management will not affect the progress of the project. Through the use of project management methods, software design and development projects ensure the successful completion on time, and ultimately the formation of S School performance appraisal system characteristics of the target software system.Finally, according to the application of project management theory in the S College to establish performance appraisal system, this article concludes that:the theory in the management of vocational colleges is necessary and feasible, and the prospect is broad.
