Thirty years of reform and opening up, China’s occupation education reform and development obtained historic accomplishment, has become the promotion of transformation of the mode of economic development, the construction of modern industry system, improving the people’s livelihood, promoting the process of urbanization, the construction of education and participation in international economic competition is the important basis of. Our country is in industrialized metaphase, occupation education undertakes the country of human resources into human resources powerful historical responsibility, can complete the mission, depends on the teacher team’s overall quality and professional ability. At present, the secondary vocational education teachers’ performance appraisal cannot simple comprehensive response to the teacher’s work, not by the results of the performance evaluation and feedback to enable teachers to work can be improved, to promote the better service for students, achieve the school strategic goal. Therefore, medium occupation school teachers performance assessment is that we should continue to explore problems. This paper introduces modern project management system and method, establishment of secondary vocational school teachers’ performance assessment project, and shall be implemented for the implementation of the current situation, effect analysis.
