The Application Of Project Management In The Performance Assessment Of Private Colleges And Universities

Private colleges management is the main body of implementing the management of private colleges,their personal qualities and working ability determines the management level of the private colleges,to a certain extent,also affect and decide the development of the cause of higher education.Deepening the reform of personnel system,the implementation of scientific and effective performance appraisal is the stability and the construction of high quality management team,therefore,a careful study on the management of institutions of higher learning characteristics,suitable for institutions of higher learning management appraisal and incentive program management plan,establishing private colleges management team performance of the project management mechanism has very important practical significance.Paper from the perspective of private colleges performance management in our country,combine the domestic current situation of the development of private colleges,on the theory of project management and performance appraisal,to our country performance review put forward the corresponding measures for the administration of private colleges and universities.Taking B private universities as an example,this paper proposes the application of project management in b-school through the performance assessment and the problem performance of B universities.This paper starts from the establishment of a performance appraisal system project of B private schools,and discusses and studies the methods and approaches of project management theory in non-engineering projects.The application of project management theory to such projects is not only feasible but also effective.Through this study,the author has a further understanding of how to properly view project management and how to fully understand project management.
