With the development of quality education and a new round of basic education curriculum reform in China,the comprehensive quality evaluation has always been in a "chicken ribs" position,although it has been carried out for many years,but the cultivation of comprehensive quality in the college entrance examination has been "dejected".In the implementation of the reform of the deepening of the examination and admission system promulgated by the State Council in 2014,it is suggested that the current educational reform should base on the promulgation of educational policy and the perfection of the educational system;break the traditional mode of high school education and make a top level design for the better promotion of the reform of the examination and enrollment system;at the same time,comprehensive quality evaluation is used as a reference standard for multiple examination.For a while,the comprehensive quality evaluation has aroused the public's attention again.This paper makes a detailed study on the implementation of the comprehensive quality evaluation of the general high school students under the background of the new college entrance examination reform,and deeply understands the problems in the implementation process,analyzes the reasons for the problems and puts forward solutions.This paper,taking Y and S in B city of Shandong Province as an example,uses the methods of questionnaire,literature research and interview to explore the status of the implementation of the comprehensive quality evaluation of the high school in the new round of college entrance examination reform.A total of 600 questionnaires were collected from two schools,including 100 students from grade one,grade two and grade three.596 questionnaires were collected and the recovery rate was 99.3%.Meanwhile,20 teachers from two schools were interviewed.Finding the problems from the current situation and analyzing the causes are the starting points to study the implementation of the comprehensive quality evaluation in senior high schools.Objectively speaking,the comprehensive quality evaluation of students in Y and S in B city of Shandong province has been carried out before this time,and has accumulated a lot of experience,which has played an important role in the development of students and the improvement of teaching quality,but there are also many problems.The main manifestations are: the inaccurate positioning of thecomprehensive quality evaluation work,the poor comprehensive quality evaluation atmosphere,the comprehensive quality evaluation system is not perfect,the evaluation work lacks the special guidance,the evaluation implementation process is not standardized,unsupervised,and so on.In order to promote the reform of the new college entrance examination and make the comprehensive quality evaluation work real,this paper puts forward the following improvement measures in combination with the advanced evaluation concept of foreign countries and the background of comprehensive quality evaluation in our country.First of all,we should define the overall quality of senior high schools;Secondly,we should create a good evaluation atmosphere for better evaluation at the social,family and school level;Finally,the education department should carry out professional training guidance to the evaluation implementer,improve the evaluation system,standardize the comprehensive quality evaluation process and supervise the implementation.
