In the new round reform of examination and enrollment system,It attracted people’s attention that how to effectively link high school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation with entrance examination,because it has a directly influence on the college entrance examination reform process and the its ideal goal realization.Based on the implementation of the new round reform of the college entrance examination advices,our current high school students comprehensive quality evaluation is mainly to observe,record,analysis,students’ all-round development level,which is to discover and cultivate students’ good personality and aims at changing the status that consider score as the only way to evaluate students.It is not only an important reference for students to graduate,but also an important basis for college admissions.High school students comprehensive quality evaluation adopts qualitative evaluation method,but due to the deep-rooted examination culture and social integrity level,its fairness,authenticity will inevitably question and torture by public.In order to win acceptance and credibility of public,it is necessary for schools,parents,government,social cooperation to establish supervision mechanism to restrain participants’ behavior in comprehensive quality evaluation,and enhance scientific and effective level of comprehensive quality evaluation system,so as to promote the reform of college entrance examination deepen the quality education.Adhering to the faith of education fairness pursuition and rational consideration of comprehensive quality evaluation,comprehensive cognitive of the special national conditions in our country,we found current high school students comprehensive quality evaluation of supervision mechanism still has the following problem: According to the supervisor,it is not assured;As for the content of supervision,it is indistinct;in terms of how to supervise;the information disclosure mechanism is absent;Due to the lost of honesty culture construction,environment of supervision is “not harmonious”;the effect of supervision are also in a state of "no changing".This paper reflects from the angle of high school students comprehensive quality evaluation’ own limit,traditional examination culture,reflection of education department is not enough and weaken power of the school executive,we put forward following ecological path: Clear the supervisor,carry out joint supervision which is under the guidance of government;Implement the supervisory content,clear the object of supervision;Innovate the mode of supervision,establish information disclosure mechanism;Strengthen the integrity culture construction,promote social understanding;Improveitself,develop and perfect the supervision system.And the high school students comprehensive quality evaluation and supervision mechanism construction draws the following conclusion: a new round of Examination and enrollment system reform has entered the deep water area,The rationalization of the construction of high school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation and supervision mechanism directly affects the reliability and validity of the development of quality education and the reform of examination and enrollment system.Therefore,education theory circles should be in-depth study on the current high school students comprehensive quality evaluation and supervision mechanism,summarizes problems and causes of high school students comprehensive quality evaluation and supervision mechanism,set up ecological high school students comprehensive quality evaluation and supervision mechanism,which can provide a theoretical and practical model for government departments and school administrators in the work of high school students comprehensive quality evaluation and supervision,then we can make a contribution to the brilliant tomorrow of Chinese basic education.
