The comprehensive quality evaluation is the appraisal system to discover and explore the student's individuality specialty,guides its multiplex development student's development process through observation,record,comparison and analysis of the student growth process.The implementation of the comprehensive quality evaluation system is not only the transformation of intellect cultivating mode but also an important component of the intellect selection system during the process of entrance admissions.In addition,it functions importantly and strikingly for a new round of reform enrollment.The comprehensive quality evaluation system is the key to promote the "score" to "candidates" system design on the basis of breaking the theory of scores only.In China,the comprehensive quality assessment of primary and secondary schools has been implemented since 2002,having laid a certain practical foundation.Until 2014,the implementation of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment system was promulgated,which clearly stipulated for the first time that "comprehensive quality assessment will be an important reference for students graduation and entrance to higher education".With this background,this paper researches ordinary high school students,teachers,head teachers,and school-level middle management of 12 schools in Zhejiang Province and Jiangsu Province.Studying the research of different research objects' satisfaction with the evaluation and recognition of the survey as the research approaches to explore the problem in the process of implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation,on the basis of which it puts forward the further suggestions of improvement.This paper mainly studies the latest implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation of entrance examination reform in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces,which is divided into four parts: the introduction part is to illustrate the source of the research,literature review(Research facts),the related research and enlightenment of overall quality appraisal in the process of the college entrance examination enrollment at home and abroad,quantitative analysis and related research literature review.The first chapter studies the related concepts,basic theories,highlights of reform and framework system of comprehensive quality evaluation.Based on the research indicators questionnaire,interview summary,scale analysis and testing,comprehensive quality evaluation survey content.The second chapter takes some schools in Zhejiang and Jiangsu as examples to study the exploration and practice of the comprehensive quality evaluation system.The software of Spss and Mplus is applied to analyze the questionnaire of students,teachers and school management,and explore the implementation facts of the two provinces.The third chapter studies the implementation facts and existing problems of the comprehensive quality evaluation of senior high schools in the two provinces through the investigation results,and summarizes and describes the results.The fourth chapter sums related suggestions from four aspects on the basis of the overall quality appraisal of exploration practice in ordinary high schools in the two provinces: to improve the overall quality appraisal matching docking standard level,enhance the utility of the overall quality appraisal function,perfect the comprehensive quality of the role of the evaluation results and heighten credit rating level of the comprehensive quality evaluation.
