Our country quality education to keep pace with The Times,developing and perfecting constantly.Quality education is a systematic project,aims to address quality education training target,selection of quality instead of "scores",cultivating students' wisdom and potential personality full scale development.Academic research achievements of quality education,the research direction is diversiform,mainly focused on the study of quality and the study of quality education,the two aspects of the research of quality education focuses on the training goal of quality education,curriculum reform in colleges and universities to promote quality-oriented education to the cultivation of the students and employment competitiveness under the quality education of students,the study of quality is the connotation of lay particular stress on quality,characteristics,classification,etc.,for quality evaluation of research results.In 2010 the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline explicitly put forward propulsion test enrollment system reform,gradually form classification,comprehensive evaluation,multiple admissions exams.The outline of the issue to make the university entrance exam comprehensive quality evaluation as an important part in the quality evaluation as colleges and universities is an urgent need to improve the link.Different professional,different areas needed for quality and quality structure is different,the training methods are also different,according to the different specialized training goal set selection standard,reasonable use of methods to implement the selection process,adopt necessary measures to consolidate the selection results become the key of the university entrance exam comprehensive quality evaluation in colleges and universities.But at present domestic universities in the independent recruitment of students","the trinity" the university entrance exam comprehensive quality evaluation forms such as still exists the phenomenon of "one size fits all",that is no matter what kind of professional to take the same approach to the selection.Abroad,the university will have been mature and applied in the enterprise human resources management for quality theory and assessment method is applied to admissions,has obtained the good effect.China university of measurement as the only domestic cultivation of quality supervision,inspection and quarantine personnel of colleges and universities,to cope with new requirements for national construction,to aim at cultivating quality inspection personnel,planned and organized to characteristic education implementation of promoting school feature development.In the "trinity" in China university of measurement process based on its own characteristics,training goal oriented,to optimize the university entrance exam comprehensive quality evaluation has carried on the beneficial attempt.Industry engineer measuring university in China based on "quality" as an example,the use of qualified quality concept,analyzing the characteristic of the industry engineer "qc" qualified personnel evaluation method put forward to optimize the university entrance exam comprehensive quality evaluation,and send out with the qc engineer is qualified for quality of students,it has become the "quality inspection industry engineer" potential of students,the case for the university entrance exam comprehensive quality evaluation of exploration in China.
