| Post practice is an important part of the education and teaching in secondary vocational schools,and is one of the main forms of practical teaching.The teaching quality of the internship is related to the overall quality of the secondary vocational school.Regarding the secondary vocational school internship teaching quality as the research object,carefully combing the basic practice of the research achievements of the teaching quality evaluation in post occupation colleges and using the methods of literature research method and survey method,we have acquired plenty of theoretical data and real data after many visits to the secondary vocational schools,a number of internships and part of post on-site visits and questionnaires for students internship.Through comprehensive analysis,the purpose,basis and principles of the construction of teaching quality evaluation system of secondary vocational school internship are gradually clear and we understand the current status of vocational schools in the implementation of the post practice teaching quality evaluation and problems.Besides,on this basis,we have established the evaluation index system of teaching quality in the secondary vocational school internship,the evaluation index system has been optimized with the help of expert consultation method,and finally we have completed the development of the evaluation index system.Then,with Delphi method we have established the index weight and formulated the evaluation standard.Finally,a scientific,reasonable and feasible teaching quality evaluation system for secondary vocational school has been established.Through the use of the evaluation index system,it is thought in the article that constructing the evaluation index system of practice teaching quality for scientific and reasonable post is of great help to give a scientific and objective evaluation to the secondary vocational school internship teaching quality and at the same time,it can provide information and basis for the decision-making of education schools,improve the education teaching work,and the quality of teaching practice continuously,promoting the all-round development of students,and improving their ability of occupation and occupation accomplishment. |
