Secondary vocational education is an important part of China's education sy stem,is responsible for the production of social services for the production line with professional knowledge,professional skills,professional ethics of high-qual ity workers.In recent years,many cities have a labor shortage,so the state stro ngly support vocational education,in order to promote the steady development of society.However,the development of secondary vocational schools can not b e separated from the internal monitoring and evaluation of teaching quality,whi ch will directly affect the management level and teaching quality of a school.At the present stage,vocational education has changed from extensive developm ent to the development of core competence,and it has become the consensus o f vocational education to improve the quality of Vocational education.The quali ty of teaching in secondary vocational schools face the stagnant predicament,im prove the occupation education quality is particularly important and urgent,the i nternal teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system is an important found ation to ensure the teaching quality and effective measures.This paper firstly introduces the research background and significance,the domestic and foreign research,related concepts,and theoretical basis,using the method of literature research review in recent years on the occupation educationteaching quality monitoring,evaluation,management,security,supervision and other documents,and then using the comparative study method for the analysis of advanced experience from part developed countries in quality management of occupation education,a case study based on the questionnaire survey on a sec ondary vocational school in Chongqing City,all the teachers of the secondary v ocational schools were randomly sampled,through data analysis to get the scho ol currently in teaching quality monitoring and evaluation of the status quo.By using these research methods,this paper discusses the establishment of the internal monitoring and evaluation system of teaching quality in secondary vocation al schools. |
