In recent years,the quality of education is more and more people have paid great attention.The all-round development of students as expected target society,schools and families.But because of the influence of various factors,there are some students in the knowledge,skills,and emotional aspects of the comprehensive development,leading to poor student in the education problem of long-standing.A large number of facts show that lead to changes in family structure,divorce will bring very bad influence on children's growth;the most outstanding performance is causing children in learning,the poor student in the class.In recent years,the divorce rate continues to rise in China;the divorce of poor student is not in the minority.So,the problem of divorced family poor student has become a social problem.In promoting all-round quality education today,further to explore the behavior of divorced family poor student performance and causes of induced to take positive and effective education measures,do a good job in the transformation of the divorced family poor student education has very important practical significance.This paper involves the research methods are literature method,case method,interview method,observation method.First by applying the method of literature,the concept of divorce and poor student explained,and the causes of poor student and transformation strategy in detail,the study put forward the theoretical basis of this study,personality psychological differences theory,the theory of multiple intelligences,attribution theory,the psychological development of sociology theories;Secondly,by applying the method of case take sampling,typical case sampling method to select,meet the needs of the research object,the investigation on the deep research,and displayed in the form of case;Again,daily contact with the object of study and research objects including parents,teachers and students,etc.,used the interview method,is mainly used to understand the background of the research object and analysis;Finally,the application of the method of observation,also include the class observation and class observation,in-depth study the whole process of the object of study and life,for a period of three months to fully track,to analyze it become the cause of the poor student to provide factual basis.By tracking the study found that poor student divorced parents often withdrawn character apathy,not love to participate in communication,large inertia,and learning self-care ability is poor,also with a lie and other bad habits.In terms of learning,not listening carefully in class,little affectations,more can't take the initiative to participate in the learning process,learning foundation weak,the language and mathematics learning all there is a big problem.After analyzing causes the research object becomes the cause of the poor student,found that on the one hand,the reason is that their own personality change,students withdrawn character apathy lead to a lack of interest and enthusiasm;Students lack the sense of belonging and security lead to psychological inferiority,not with the communication between teachers and students;Lack of learning motivation,no interest in study,and the effectiveness of the lack of learning.On the other hand is incomplete family environment factors,the subtle influence of parents the wrong concept of education to the child;Temporary guardian culture quality is low,can't provide timely counseling and guidance;Parents don't pay much attention to the cultivation of the children a good study habit;children develop the bad behavior habits.The third aspect is the school environment factors,improper teaching method,and no enough attention on poor students and ignore the existence of the poor students classroom environment,poor student and teacher's lack of emotional communication,lack of pertinence in the management of teachers' teaching,not the differences on poor student education.On this basis,aiming at the existing problem of poor student and causes,puts forward the countermeasures of divorced families of poor student: poor student's subjective efforts,the poor student should know his own self,enhance self-confidence;Parents should change education idea,improve their own quality,to the child precept,and cultivate their good habits;School educators should set correct guiding ideology,as the poor student establish the platform for you to show yourself,differences in teaching,establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,cultivate the students' interest in learning,to help students overcome psychological difficulties.The transformation of the poor student work is a complex and difficult work,not be accomplished overnight.Both teachers and parents,is a major education work.In this paper,the research results of similar divorced family poor student and be able to in a line of teaching teachers provide some teaching reference,at the same time also can promote the parents to change the way to the poor student education,help poor student health of body and mind to grow.
