| Education is the basic of a One-Hundred Year Strategy of a Nation.Our country is in the stage of continuing education reform.As a weak link in China’s education,rural education has seriously hindered the process of education reform.Therefore,we must pay attention to rural education in order to improve the overall quality of education in our country.The key to improve the quality of rural education lies in the construction of a contingent of high-quality Rural Teachers,which can’t work without efficient teacher training.The aim of rural teacher training is to improve the situation of unbalanced development between urban and rural.Then a series of rural children’s education problems can be solved fundamentally by improving the quality of rural education.To realize educational reform from bottom to top and make great leap forward in China’s education.In this paper,120 teachers from 4 rural primary schools in Zhaoyuan city are investigated,through the questionnaire survey and interview form to understand the rural primary school teacher training existing problems,and analyze its causes,and then combined with their own understanding of the teacher training work and thinking,which can provide targeted countermeasures on improving the rural primary school teachers’ training work,so that it can promote the rural primary school teacher training work smoothly and the improvement of teacher team’s construction and overall quality.This study mainly includes the following four parts:The first part is the introduction,which elaborated the research background,the significance and proposed the research question-rural primary school teacher training present situation and the countermeasure research.Through the literature review and the related concept elaboration,the paper proposed the research method and the mentality.The second part through conducting data statistics and analysis on the survey results,we can find the current situation of the rural primary school teacher training in the training object,content,methods,time,and funds and so on.The third part through further analyzing the current situation of the rural primary school teacher training,from the Education Administrative Department,training institutions,schools,teachers four aspects to raise the existing problems and causes of analysis.In the Forth part,the corresponding countermeasures and rationalization proposals are put forward for the above four aspects.Improving the training of rural primary school teachers plays a decisive role in promoting the process of education.By improving the training of rural primary school teachers,the overall quality of rural teachers will be greatly improved,so that rural education is full of vigor and vitality.The gap between urban and rural education has been shrinking,which has led to the rapid development of education. |
