In the twenty-first century,the level of educational development has become the measurement of whether a country is powerful or not.Faculty structure in primary school decides the educational quality in rural areas on the whole.Since the founding of our country,our country's educational cause has made some progress despite its twists and turns,but the educational level in many minority poor areas is still far behind cities with a comparatively low level,which contributes to the economic development in ethnical poor area lagging behind the city.Thus,reasonable teachers' structure is very important to teachers' teaching level and students' sound development.Nowadays,with the development of our Country's economy,politics and society,the pace of education develops very quickly,teachers' constitution changes in correspondence,and many problems spring up.LongShan County is a typical poor county.There are six urban elementary schools and thirty-six township central primary schools,and rural primary school takes up eighty-five percent of the total number of primary school,which is typical enough to be used as the sample of this thesis.This thesis aims to improve the level of faculty in ethnical poor rural primary schools basing on examples of teachers in Longshan County.This research takes 700 rural teachers in 12 rural primary schools as the research object,and surveys it based on their gender,age,identity,title,regional structure and academic structure.By analyzing the problems existing in the rural primary school teachers in minority region structure,the research shows that the overall educational background of teachers in this area is relatively low and the age structure is unreasonable with serious aging phenomenon.On the other hand,the study also reveals that vice class teachers are in great shortage in this area and geopolitical structure is very single.This paper summarizes the reasons for these problems,such as backward rural economic conditions,bad social atmosphere,teachers' factors,the unreasonable education system,etc.and puts forward some suggestions to deal with these matters.For instance,structure of school teachers in minority region should be rationalized,educational investment increased,the teachers' office system perfected,and the teachers' training system also improved,etc.
