The music teacher is a discipline in the professional in the basic business literacy,these literacy is after a long time of business practice professional thinking and professional ability,so as to realize the accumulation of basic knowledge of music,strengthen basic business technology of music teachers,music professional ability,so as to achieve the basic goal of the subject to move forward.It includes five aspects: the basic knowledge of music discipline,the basic skills of music discipline,the practical experience of music teaching,the basic quality of music teachers,and the basic attitude towards teaching.2014-2016,as a volunteer experts participated in the Shandong society,I joined in the teacher education teachers Volunteer Association jointly launched the "Shandong province rural compulsory education music teachers discipline skills training project",the weekend and summer vacation time to go to Juye and Yuncheng County of Heze City,combined with the actual situation of the local music teachers in primary and middle schools take sent to the countryside to teach in the form of training and continuous training.In depth investigation of rural primary and secondary school music teachers in the development of discipline problems.Through the investigation and analysis: the current music education in primary and secondary schools in rural areas in China,the long-term impact of the local economy,school conditions,teachers and education policy,compared with Chinese,mathematics teachers,literacy in relative backwardness.The composition of teachers is complex,age structure and professional quality are uneven,so the promotion of discipline quality of rural primary and secondary school music teachers is an important measure of balanced development of compulsory education.In order to improve teachers’ academic quality as the focus,from music based volunteers sent to the countryside to teach the subject of professional skills training,based on the "peer" school-based training,based on the "listen" and "say" "research" and "one of the four leading experts,based on classroom discipline teaching and enhance the diagnosis based on the assessment and the evaluation process to enhance the five aspects of rural primary and secondary school music teachers academic quality improvement strategy research.In rural areas of Juye County in Shandong province Heze City Music Teachers in primary and middle schools to carry out the investigation as the research object,hope more realistic understanding of music education in the rural areas in the practice of "small Shandong city of Heze province Juye county school music teachers’ professional skills training" to explore,for the future of rural primary and secondary school music teachers,literacy training to provide more value and feasibility of the proposed model can be used for reference and promotion of academic research,in order to improve the level of contribution of art education in rural areas.
