Core Competencies and Values for Chinese students' Development was officially released in September,2016.The proposal of Core Competencies and Values requires teachers to organize education and teaching from a new height.Then,19 th CPC National Congress of the Party clearly put forward that we must carry out the fundamental task of setting up moral values establishment and people cultivation and that we must train socialist constructors and successors featuring the all-round development in morality,intelligence,physique and aesthetics.To this,we should improve the effectiveness of school education from many aspects and angles.In the new era,we have even more emphasized that education should be people-oriented.The ultimate goal of education is to promote the overall and healthy development of human beings.As the successors and builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the development of high school students is related to the rise and fall of the Chinese nation and the future of the motherland.Therefore,we should attach great importance to it and promote the healthy development of high school students' body and mind through various ways.The ideological and political Curriculum Standard of General Senior High School(2017 Edition)points out that ideological and political classroom is an important position for the development of students' moral education and the basic viewpoint of Marxism.The effect of this course can not be ignored on the comprehensive development of high school students and the cultivation of Core Competencies and Values.However,nowadays,the traditional spoon-feeding teaching methods are still running through the ideological and political classes.Based on this,ideological and political teachers need to improve teaching methods to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching,to carry out the cultivation of high school students' Core Competencies and Values,and to achieve the fundamental task of setting up moral values establishment and people cultivation.As an important technology in the field of psychological counseling,empathy is being used in various fields.Similarly,it can also be well combined with education.The application of empathy in teaching can build a bridge of emotional communication for teachers and students.The integration of empathy in ideological and political teaching can make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods,help teachers understand students,strengthen communication between teachers and students,draw closer to each other,and thus promote the establishment of harmonious relations between teachers and students and improve the teaching effect of ideological and political course.At the same time,by using empathy in the teaching of ideology and politics,teachers can more effectively pass on the identity of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the core values of socialism to students,so as to truly help students to establish the correct political direction and improve the Core Competencies and Values of ideological and political discipline.At present,due to the influence of subjective and objective conditions,there are a series of problems to be solved in the application of empathy in ideological and political classroom.This research is divided into four parts.Chapter I is the introduction.First,it clarifies the background and significance of the research.And then it analyzes the research on empathy in the field of psychology and pedagogy at home and abroad.Then the ideas and methods of this research are put forward.At last,the emphasis,difficulty and innovation of this research are pointed out.Chapter II is an overview of the content of empathy in ideological and political teaching,including the determination and the significance of empathy in ideological and political teaching.This part lays out the relevant concepts that need to be clarified before this research and other important contents helpful to the research,so as to lay a good theoretical foundation for further discussion.Chapter ? analyzes the problems and causes of empathy in ideological and political teaching.On the basis of questionnaire analysis,this part analyzes the current situation of empathy in ideological and political teaching,and puts forward the existing problems and reasons.The problems mainly include:(1)The teachers' empathy concept is weak and lack of this ability.(2)It is difficult to grasp the emotion of the students and apply them together.(3)Teachers and students lack of communication and emotional resonance.(4)To the classroom,the teaching material emotion grasps not to arrive,the empathy utilization is insufficient.(1)The empathy itself is difficult.(2)The teachers' self-exploration is lack.(3)The students' life feelings are neglected.(4)The emotional experience in the classroom and teaching materials are insufficient.Chapter IV is the way to improve the empathy of ideological and political teaching.After analyzing the causes of the problems,the author puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems in the ideological and political teaching from the aspects of teachers,students and the classroom atmosphere of ideological and political classes.As for the teachers,they should renew their educational and teaching concepts and promote empathy.First,teachers should change their role and establish a sense of empathy.Second,teachers should strengthen their own construction and enhance empathy literacy.As to students,teachers should select effective empathy methods and cultivate students empathy awareness.First,teachers encourage students to participate in classroom discussions and reach empathy in the discussion.Second,teachers guide students to take part in situational stories and feel empathy in experience.Classroom atmosphere aspect: create a good classroom atmosphere and make the channels of empathy between teachers and students unimpeded.First,teachers and students should communicate adequately and harmonize the relationship between teachers and students.Second,teachers control mood of students and regulate the classroom effectively.Through the three aspects the author tries her best to make empathy play the greatest role in ideological and political course teaching,in order to improve the actual effect of ideological and political teaching,to promote students' free and all-round growth,and to promote the formation and development of students' core accomplishment of ideological and political discipline,...
