The Research Of John Locke's Moral Education Thought

John Locke is the 17 th century British famous philosopher,politician and educator.Locke's educational thought has influenced English education for a long period of time and has had an important impact on the education of other countries in Europe and the United States.This paper takes Locke 's moral education thought as the object of study,and makes a systematic exposition of the background,the theoretical basis,the main contents,methods and characteristics of the moral education thought,and the enlightenment of Locke 's Moral Education on Moral Education in China.This article is divided into four parts,mainly using the literature,historical and comparative law on the moral education of Locke to conduct a comprehensive discussion.The first part of the thesis is the introduction,which discusses the theoretical and practical significance of this study,expounds the current situation of domestic and foreign research of Locke's educational thought and moral education thought,discusses the innovation and deficiency of this research,and discusses the related concepts such as moral education.The second part analyzes the reasons for the formation of Locke 's moral education thought from the three aspects of Locke' s life and activity,the background of the times and the theoretical basis.The main contents of Locke 's moral education thought,the method of moral education,the status of moral education and the advanced nature and limitation of moral education thought are discussed in detail in the third part of the thesis.The fourth part is to analyze the existing problems of school and family moral education in our country,combine the theoretical knowledge of Locke moral education with the actual situation of moral education in our country and find the method suitable for moral education in our country.Although Locke 's moral education thought was proposed by Locke in the 17 th century in England,it had certain class limitation,but it still had some enlightenment to our current moral education.
