Over the past 20 years,the physical health of adolescent students in China continues to decline,and it atracted the height attention of the state and society.Although the traditional “Exercise each class” had the Obvious effect to improve the students’ physical quality in the past,but in the new period of“people-oriented”,take education concept of “the student as the main body”,the traditional “Exercise each class” urgently needs to reform and innovation.Therefore,the rise of “Interesting exercise each class” find favor with the school teachers and students at all levels,also is one of the most important hot topic in current education studies.Therefore,this research mainly through the literature material law,investigation method,experimental method and data analysis method,etc.on the basis of current situation of xingtai middle school sports “Exercise each class”,design a “Interesting exercise each class” plan,take two classes in the grade one of the 15 th Middle School in Xingtai as experimental object,through 13 weeks PE teaching experiment,the contrast analysis of the“Interesting exercise each class” and the traditional “Exercise each class” to improve the different effect of students’ physical fitness level.The results show that:1.In order to deepen the reform of physical education and improve the physical quality of students,xingtai junior high school sports teachers carry out "Exercise each class" exercises successively.Most of the exercises are traditional physical quality exercises.The practice time and intensity of "Exercise each class" are different from those in the main teaching material structure.2.On the basis of “sports and health curriculum standard(2011)” and “national students physical health standard” to select part of the test project,2,Throug expert investigation,the design of “Interesting exercise each class”,can be very good to mobilize students’ interest in participation in practice,improve the enthusiasm and initiative,practice helps to cultivate students participate in physical exercise habit.3.In the case of without interfering with the teaching main body content,after 13 weeks after the scheme of “Interesting exercise each class” teaching experiments,check experiment before and after experimental class students overall fitness level is significantly higher than that in comparative classes.4.The students’ strength,speed,endurance and flexibility were significantly improved in the experimental class.After the experiment,the students’ endurance,strength and flexibility were significantly different in the experimental class and the control class,which was worth further improvement and promotion in the sports teaching of the first-tier middle schools.
