Since 2004,the state has begun to monitor the physical fitness of students at all school age stages,and has established a database as a basis for the comparison of the law of the development of adolescents and children.The results show that the physical fitness of adolescents and children in China has shown a cliff-like decline in recent years.Myopia,obesity and other phenomena have seriously affected the development of the adolescent generation in China.This is not only a problem plaguing the country,but also a problem.It is also a problem that plagues families and schools.Adolescents and children are at the stage of basic education,most of the time in schools,the main position to improve students' physical fitness falls on schools.First,in terms of soft power,there are sports teachers specializing in Physical Education in schools,who can provide professional guidance and protection to students.Second,in terms of hard power,schools have venues and facilities specializing in physical activities.It can provide good hardware conditions for students;thirdly,the main time of students is in the school,from this point of view,the school has the time conditions to organize students to carry out sports activities;finally,the students of the same age group gathered in the school have the congenital conditions to create a good atmosphere for sports activities.On the school side,in view of the problem of students' physical decline,we are also actively making suggestions,constantly organizing sports activities to improve students' physical fitness,and conducting direct movement exercises through the indicators of students' physical fitness monitoring.This is the most direct and effective method.However,in the process of organizing activities,we encounter many obstacles,such as sitting-ups,parents are common.Reaction sit-ups have a negative impact on students' physical development.For example,sit-ups have an impact on students' lumbar spine and cervical spine,and do not support school sit-ups.In addition,students in basic education are psychologically active and playful,and they feel dull and dull about traditional sit-ups,so they begin to resist or even soften their practice.Resistance is also a passive exercise in the course of practice,which ultimately results in the improvement of students' physical fitness training results far less than expected.This research centers on improving students' physique,takes sit-ups as an example,and chooses the third grade students as the experimental objects.The purpose of this research is to stimulate students' competitive desire and get rid of the traditional boring and tedious training by combining the psychological characteristics of students' playful,active and competitive psychology with games and competitions.The study found that:(1)in the early stage of training,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,and even the control group had a hidden tendency to surpass the experimental group.However,after six weeks of training,the students in the control group appeared negative and conflicting phenomena in the training process.After the training of the experimental group through the mode of games and competitions,the enthusiasm of the students did not weaken,and the training effect began to show.(2)During the training process,the parents of the control group began to question the training.They believed that the students' cervical spine and lumbar spine would be damaged if they were trained in the past.They did not support the training.In the experimental group,they first played games and competitions,and then corrected the sit-ups exercises after the games and competitions,so that the students could practice in the textbook version.And explain to parents,parents do not have obvious doubts and support,so that the training can proceed normally;(3)After 12 weeks of training,the quality of sit-ups in the experimental group has been improved compared with that in the control group,and the students in the experimental group do not contradict and negative performance in the training,which shows that students should get rid of the traditional training mode and avoid boredom in the exercise of sports activities.Boredom,so that students appear conflicting,negative phenomena.
