Grammar which is an important part of connecting with listening,speaking,reading and writing,is the key point of English teaching.However,under the influence of traditional instruction,students achieve knowledge passively and are not interested in learning English.At this stage English grammar teaching needs to be improved.With popularization of information technology,flipped classroom which originated abroad,was spread into China.This new teaching model which aims to study the practicability in English teaching of grammar in senior high school is an issue worth academic and practical studies.The new teaching mode is based on the theory of constructivism,autonomic learning,mastery learning,and audio-visual education:cone of experience.The flipped classroom teaching mode to senior English grammar was applied in two classes in a senior high school from Fuzhou using the ways of experiment,questionnaires and interviews.The essay reveals whether this flipped classroom teaching mode can improve students' English grammar effectively,arouse students' interest in learning English grammar,and cultivate students' independent learning ability and cooperative&communication ability,achieve students' personalized learning or not.Flipped classroom approach can promote English grammar teaching in senior high schools.The result illustrates that the flipped classroom teaching mode can improve students'English grammar effectively.The results indicate that the experimental group students'scores are higher than those of the control group.Besides,the flipped classroom teaching mode arouses students' interest in learning English grammar and evokes students'confidence.Micro video uses different kinds of sense to improve students' interests.Underachievers can understand key and difficult points by watching micro video repeatedly to keep up with the teachers' teaching.What's more,improving students'independent learning ability and cooperative&communication ability can promote their individual development.Guided Learning Plan before class and micro video let students learn language points by themselves and foster their autonomous learning.In QQ group and group discussion in the classroom,students can have a discussion with other students on some questions,internalize knowledge better and cultivate their cooperation consciousness.In flipped classroom,teachers who are considered as "coach" provide scaffolding for students to give them the rights of autonomous learning,which reveals the student's main body position and makes students become the master of learning.
