| Situational Language teaching as a teaching method was first applied in the 1930 s.In the long application process of such teaching method,it was found to promote the teaching process and improve the quality of teaching.Today,as the reform of Chinese curriculum for basic education is in full implementation,Situational Teaching Method as an excellent method of language teaching,is also improving gradually and enriched constantly.Situational Teaching Method as a more lively and more suitable method for the students in the teaching of Chinese Reading,has been widely used.In recent years,the implementation of situational teaching of Chinese language education in junior high school has indeed improved the standard of teaching.The creation of various teaching situations during the new round of curriculum reform makes the teaching activities more flexible.According to educational theories,applying the Situation Teaching Method could strengthen students’ language knowledge,cultivate students’ reading ability and enhance students’ comprehensive language literacy.The re-integration and recreation of the Chinese language teaching situation not only enriches and enlivens the atmosphere,but it’s also easier for students to understand.Therefore,this is currently the outstanding high-quality method of education.Furthermore,especially to use the Situational Teaching Method as the basis for revolution,this method can be expanded to the teaching template,process and practice.This is indeed the way to enrich Chinese language teaching in junior high school.Therefore,this thesis focuses on the definition of Chinese Situational Teaching Method and its current application status,to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,as well as the improvement strategies.This paper uses the actual application results of Situational Teaching Method in Chinese reading teaching for the junior middle school as a starting point for further research.Through analyzing the experience and existing problems in the current application of Situational Teaching Method,to improve the method.Moreover,this paper also emphazises to make corresponding reactions for different situations,through researching the different forms and contents of Chinese reading comprehensives.This paper adheres to the advocates of using multi-dimensional perspective for text reading teaching in classrooms for junior high school compulsory education.Furthermore,this thesis also evaluates the process of situational teaching to some extent and finally,concludes with providing suggestions and guidance to the situational teaching. |
