Business In Fujian Province Sports School Volleyball Players Achievement Motivation Research

Achievement motivation,as an advanced motivation type,has a greater effect on people's behavior.The motivation of volleyball players in Fujian sports school is also studied.On the one hand,to understand the actual situation of volleyball athletes in amateur sports school in Fujian province's achievement motivation,and puts forward some suggestions,improve the athlete's achievement motivation;on the other hand,through the investigation and Study on achievement motivation and some information on players,trying to find some relations or rules,so as to promote the further study of the achievement motivation.This paper adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,in Fujian province amateur sports school volleyball athletes as the research object,taking Fujian province amateur sports school volleyball players' achievement motivation scores(pursuing success and avoiding failure and the score of the achievement motivation)as the research object,to further explore the achievements of the amateur sports school volleyball athletes' motivation in gender age,grade,sports,volleyball training age,training years,different positions on the field,whether the main players,or regular awards on something.Research draws the following conclusions:(1)Volleyball players in Fujian amateur sports school show a normal distribution tendency in their pursuit of success,and get a good standard of middle and poor grades.The general rule of avoiding failure and achievement motivation did not show a normal distribution.Among them,the scores of avoiding failure showed significant differences,and the general rules of achievement motivation showed significant differences.Different gender athletes have significant differences in the pursuit of success score,and male athletes score higher than female athletes,while in the avoidance of failure and achievement motivation total score is not significant difference.(2)Volleyball players in different age and grade of Fujian amateur sports school vary in achievement motivation,total score,pursuit of success and avoidance of failure,but there is no significant difference.The score of success of volleyball players of different ages shows a positive proportion in a certain range.In the junior high school volleyball players,the scores of success and motivation are concave,while the score of avoiding failure shows a convex shape.(3)In Fujian amateur sports school,volleyball players with different volleyball training years have highly significant differences in the pursuit of success and avoid failure,and the total score of achievement motivation has significant difference.However,volleyball players who have other sports training don't have significant differences in their pursuit of success,avoidance of failure and achievement motivation score.Volleyball players with 3 years and 6 years of training have the highest achievement motivation.A volleyball training of volleyball players in achievement motivation three aspects better than other athletes.(4)There are some differences in the two dimensions and total scores of achievement motivation between different positions,athletes and main players in Fujian amateur sports school,but there is no significant difference between them.The main attacking players and the main players are better than other players and non main players in their pursuit of success,avoidance and total score.No grade athletes in the pursuit of success and avoiding failure and the players' achievement motivation scores slightly better than the other positions.(5)In Fujian amateur sports school,there is no significant difference in achievement motivation,total score and two dimensions between different sports grades and different awards.Different sports grades and awards may have no influence on Athletes' achievement motivation score and its two dimensions.
