Study On Baotou College Volleyball Players’Motivation Characteristics

Along with the national volleyball career development like a raging fire, the localschool volleyball movement development trend of response, a volleyball team. But inrecent years from the municipal, provincial, national competition view, developmentof volleyball career did not obtain greater progress, or even a downward trend. One partis the team management system is not perfect, there is not a systematic training system, theother part and team cognition itself is not relevant. This research mainly adopts literaturedata, expert interviews, questionnaires, psychological test, logical analysis, mathematicalstatistics, measuring individual achievement motivation scale "achievement orientedindividual difference scale" investigation and comparison of4universities inBaotou volleyball team’s achievement motivation, to further explore the differentgender, different ethnic groups, di fferent roles, different grades, di fferentprofessional volleyball player differences and problems, the conclusions are as follows:(1) Baotou city college male, female volleyball players in pursuing success and avoidingfailure motivation have significant differences; achievement motivation was higher in malethan in female.(2) The role of achievement motivation in Baotou ordinary university volleyballathletes from high to low: the setter, free, font, second, the main.(3) Baotou ordinary university volleyball athletes of different grade module achievementmotivation from high to low: in the fourth grade, the third grade, the first grade, the secondgrade.(4) Baotou City College Volleyball Athletes achievement motivation of threespecialized：re engineering, metallurgical engineering and architectural engineering; afterthree professional: coal chemical industry, electromechanical integration and physicaleducation.(5) in different years in volleyball training athletes achievement motivation forparticipation in the top three: special training for eleven years, twelve years and thirteenyears; three bits: participate in the special training for four years, three-year and five years.(6) The main factors affecting the Baotou ordinary university volleyball athletes’achievement motivation: social factors, family factors, school factors, coaches, athletes.(7) the coach becomes the key factor the main factors affecting the Baotouordinary university volleyball athletes’ achievement motivation, dominant positioncoaches decided the specific subject position of athletes pursuit of achievement motivation.
