Comparative Research On The Current Training Situation Between Volleyball Traditional Sports Schlools And Amateur Sports Schools In Shandong

China is now in a period of social transition including the political and economic system reform,people's changed values and the grim employment situation,which made profound changes take place in the form of amateur training.Amateur volleyball training system in Shandong province still keeping the mode created during the planned economy period hasn't adapted to society and met with several issues.With regard to this situation,the study uses such methods as literature search,logic, interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis etc to make detailed deep investigations and analysis of the current situation on the volleyball training between sports traditional schools and amateur sports schools in Shandong Province and then makes recommendations.This study aims to offer practical and theoretical basis for volleyball's sustained and healthy development in Shandong Province and to provide reference for scientific decision-making and policy formulation for relevant departments.After investigation and analysis, the conclusions of this study are summarized as follows:Firstly,the youth volleyball players in Shandong are mainly distributed in some eastern developed areas.The training number has risen dramatically every year while the age lags behind.Sports School athletes excel traditional school athletes in stature,sports life, sports grades and training time while traditional school athletes excelsports school athletes in learning achievement.There is little difference between the two in volleyball training interests while they have different training motives;Transportation "bottleneck" of traditional schools is bigger than sports schools.They both have separating classes for learning and the single concentrative competition. As a whole,sports schools have more competition categories and times while traditional schools have more attraction to singletons.Secondly,volleyball coaches in sports schools have advantages in origin,age structure,hierarchical structure,campaign experience and job training while traditional school coaches have certain advantages in educational structure,knowledge structure,research capabilities; Sports school coaches excel traditional school coaches in making training plans,implementing "Program" and pay more attention to five factors in training methods.However,they both use little psychological training and neglect information transfer and external factors.In addition,there is a big difference between the two training goals.Feedback and resume means of amateur volleyball training are both simple.Thirdly,the volleyball training equipment can basically meet the need for training,but the training circumstances are not so satisfied.Both schools exists "paid training",but the funding sources of sports school training are more than the traditional schools,and their fund management are all simplistic.Furthermore,the scientific guidance and medical supervision of training have inferior conditions;although "two-pronged" management is implemented in education and sports,the management is often incompatible.Finally,the primary factor currently restricting the amateur volleyball training in Shandong is the incompatible system of the education and amateur volleyball training.In both kinds of schools,the principal contradiction is learning and training,but training schools have advantages to resolve it.
