| Although it has been supported and paid attention to these years,the education of the secondary vocational school is still the weakness part in our countries education.The realationship between teachers and students is tense and they even don’t trust each other and have conflicts,which affects the teaching quality of education.The hypothesis of humanity of teachers influences the teaching behaviors of teachers.Therefore,the reseach on the conflict in the hypothesis of humanity between teachers and students in the secondary vocational school makes a difference to keeping the order of the teaching in the school.In order to learn about the hypothesis humanity of the teachers for the students and the current beheavior of the teachers;analyses the conflicts between the level of the hypothesis humanity of the teachers ofr the students in the secondary vocational school and the self-conscious of the students;discuss the conlicts of the hypothesis humanity between teachers and students and the influence which results from the behaviors of the teachers;come up with the countermeasures that we should change the behavior of teachers to change the current conflicts between teachers and students.This paper takes the teachers and students in the Yanbian secondary vocational colleage as the research object,using literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and so on were studied.First of all,by collating the literature knowledge of relevant scholars to the teacher in charge management research trends,research methods and means,and master and apply what research tools,analysis its innovation and shortcomings;Second,select 71 teachers and 198 students in the secondary vocational school to fill in the self-made questionnaire"Research on the present status of the hypothesis of humanity between teachers and students in the secondary vocational school",and use SPSS 19.0 software to compare the averages of the recycled effective data,and the results are as followed:1.The hypothesis of humamity between teachers and students has conflicts in ideology and morality,learning attitude and learning behaviors of the students.The average of the hypothesis humanity of the teachers for the students is 3.2885,which doesn’t belong to the hypothesis humanity of self-actualizing man.The average of the students for themselves is 3.6497,which belongs to the hypothesis humanity of self-actualizing man.2.There are conflicts in teaching,management and communication behavior of the teachers.93%teachers have a positive evaluation on the teaching behaviors of themselves,but only 48.8%students does so.3.The communication between teachers and students is not good,which affect delivering information between teachers and students in time and is not benefical to forming a correct assessment in the hypothesis humanity for each other.4.The teachers’ hypothesis humanity for the students and the teaching behaviors of the teachers have obvious realationship on the level of 0.01.The teachers have a economic man hypothesis for the students’ learning behaviors,whose average is 3.1114.Students think the the teachers’ hypothesis for the students’ learning behaviors have the greatest effect on the teachers’ teaching behaviors.The R results are.317,.168,.249.Accoding to the results of the research,we formed the following conclusions:The hypothesis of humamity between teachers and students has conflicts in ideology and morality,learning attitude and learning behaviors of the students.There are conflicts in teaching,management and communication behavior of the teacher between teachers and students.Communication is the key reason to influence the hypothesis humanity of teachers and students.The the teachers’ hypothesis for the students have obvious effect on the teachers’ teaching behaviors.Based on the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:strengthen the specialty literacy of the teachers in secondary vocational school to impove the learning level for the students;communicate more to lessen the misunderstanding and conflicts between teachers and students;reform the class teaching in the secondary vocational school to improve the learning attitude and behavior of the students;reform the management pattern of the secondary vocational school to develop the major effect of the students. |
