This paper studies relationship between teachers and students of secondary vocational schools. It analyzed in this particular group, how to deal with conflict between teachers and students and what kind of measures should be taken to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship. Based on the studies on current situation of teachers and students in secondary vocational schools, the causes of conflict, and measures of how to create a harmony teacher-student relationship, this paper attempts to explore the living environment of secondary vocational education, arouse the enthusiasm of teachers for vocational education, attract attention of all levels authorities and attach importance to promoting the rapid development of vocational education. At the mean while, the paper will provide reference and inspiration on building harmonious relations between teachers and students for secondary vocational education schools.This article is divided into four parts. The first part is an introduction, mainly on the study of the origin, significance, the main definition, literature review, research, ideas and methods. The second part is an investigation on the teacher-student relationship of Chengdu industrial vocational school. The third part mainly surrounds the problems on the investigation, analyzes the causes of the conflict caused by teachers and students from the aspects of teacher's enthusiasm and initiative, student self-esteem and self-confidence, school management, students assessment standards, family education and aspects of social change. The fourth part proposes measures to resolve teacher-student conflicts, from the aspects such as teachers should increase in personal accomplishment, show charisma, and care and understand students, and to take the students as a friend; School should develop assessment criteria which must be reasonable to raise the enthusiasm of teachers; Co-operation between schools and parents, etc. |
