The teacher-student relationship is the most basic and important interpersonal relationship in the school,and it is also the focus in the field of education.In the process of communication between teachers and students,there are differences in the social roles,social status,personal goals,standards,resources and other aspects between teachers and students.The demands of teachers and students cannot always be consistent,so the occurrence of conflicts between teachers and students is widespread.The study of the conflict between teachers and students in secondary vocational schools has positive value for building a good relationship between teachers and students,maintaining a good classroom teaching order,building a harmonious and stable class group and a healthy and beneficial school culture.On the basis of combing Chinese and foreign literature,combined with questionnaire survey,observation and interview,this paper has a deep understanding of the current situation of classroom teacher-student conflict in s secondary vocational school.This paper studies the performance,influence,current situation and reasons of the conflicts between teachers and students in the classroom,and tries to find out the strategies to prevent and solve the conflicts between teachers and students in the classroom,so that teachers and teaching managers can make clear the inevitability of the conflicts between teachers and students in the classroom,so that they can correctly understand the conflicts,actively accept the conflicts,take scientific strategies to prevent the conflicts,and take effective strategies to solve the conflicts,so as to build a harmonious campus,Establish a democratic and harmonious relationship between teachers and students.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part:introduction.This paper mainly expounds the research background,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods in detail,and defines the concept of conflict,the concept of teacher-student conflict,and the concept of classroom problem behavior.The second part:the theory and literature review of this paper.This paper mainly puts forward the theoretical framework and carries out the literature analysis of various countries.The third part: the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the conflict between teachers and students in the classroom of s secondary vocational school.Firstly,it introduces the general situation of s secondary vocational school,expounds the questionnaire survey,then analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey,and puts forward the frequency,type,performance,handling of the conflict between teachers and students in the classroom,as well as the understanding of teachers and students in the classroom.The fourth part: the reason analysis of the conflict between teachers and students in s secondary vocational school.Mainly from the classroom teacher-student conflict prevention and management as a starting point for analysis.The fifth part: the strategies to deal with the conflicts between teachers and students.This paper puts forward the prevention and management strategies of the conflicts between teachers and students in the classroom,and creatively puts forward the application of psychotherapy in the classroom of s secondary professional school.
