The relationship between teacher and student occupies an important position in the relationship among people in school, it is the carrier to develop teaching activities, it has an important influence on "study" of students and "teach" of teachers as well as psychology and personality development of students and teachers. How the relationship interact has an direct influence on success or failure of education and teaching, and influence on accomplishment of school function. The conflict between teacher and student is the most basic contradiction in the relationship between the teacher and student, according to a large number of education facts, we realize that the teacher and student are both consistent、harmonious、cooperative and divisive、confrontation、conflict.Education and teaching of Secondary Vocational School and their students all have special characters, the conflict of the teacher and student is easier to happen, it will arouse the teachers and students’ nervousness and unhappiness in emotion, it is not only have much worse influence on classroom teaching but also have unhealthy influence on teachers and students’ psychology, this article tries to begin with the current status of conflict between the teacher and student in Secondary Vocational School, on the basis of the real data of investigation report, search the causes of the conflict between the teacher and student from different analysis angle of view, and exert to seek the tactics to solve conflict and prevent conflict expect to make the teacher and teaching administrators clear the inevitability of the conflict between the teacher and student, correctly face the conflict, positively deal with the conflict, adopt scientific tactics to prevent conflict, adopt effective tactics to solve conflict, thus construct harmonious campus, build democratic harmonious teacher and student relationship. This article bases on domestic and international related documents of conflict field between the teacher and student, engages in putting them in order, takes searching the question and seeks countermeasure as the goal, engages in describing and analyzing the common conflict phenomena between the teacher and student in classroom in Secondary Vocational School, and based on above, have discussed inner origin of the conflict of the teacher and student, have putted forward the tactics of relieving mediating the conflict between the teacher and student, make the conflict in virtuous cycle development, thus play role in optimizing the relationship the relationship between the teacher and student、raise classroom teaching quality.
