Content:The conflict between the teachers and students is the most basic contradiction among the relations of them.Viewed from the massive educational facts, the interactional relation between the teachers and students is not only harmonious but also conflicting. Also the conflict is often inevitable. The relation between the teachers and students directly affects the success or failure of the teaching and the realization of the school function.The teaching and educatee of the Vocational school have its particularity.
