| The rise and fall of a country in the Department of education,education plans,teacher centered,teacher occupation identity of teachers’ professional development and work performance,has an extremely important relationship and influence of occupation career planning and the quality of local education level,teachers occupation identity,can understand the local teachers’ occupation identity status,factors can influence teachers’ occupation identity investigation that can formulate relevant policies for the Bureau of education,which provides the basis for the management of school teachers,young teachers in occupation planning,are of great significance for personal location.Teachers’ professional identity is a kind of opinion that teachers have on their own profession,one kind of evaluation.The faculty includes various types of identity,including city teachers,college teachers,rural teachers,middle school teachers,and teachers in ethnic areas.It is necessary and important to study teachers’ professional identity in ethnic areas,which is very important for understanding the status quo and putting forward feasible proposals.this paper takes Sichuan Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County as an example,graduated from the university came to Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County,visited Beichuan each township school,around a lot of contact with the young teachers,they work is a negative performance,a lot of hard work,the sense of achievement is not strong,think of a better place to develop,lifting themselves,and even the idea of leaving,in recent years,local people are always complaining about the poor quality of education.Children sent to the Mianyang city school,complaining about the lack of teachers,young teachers turnover serious,parents of baby expectations and current situation of the gap is too much.In view of this situation,the local youth teachers as the research object,using literature,questionnaire survey method,supplemented by interviews,using random sampling method,select the Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County 20 schools surveyed 200 young teachers,occupation identity status,and clear the various influencing factors of occupation identity and through the analysis of the data,the occupation identity of young teachers in Beichuan conclusion generally low education,age,marital status,there are significant differences in the level of young teachers’ occupation identity,ethnic factors namely Han Qiang,does not affect the identity of the young teachers’ occupation,auxiliary to local young teachers were interviewed do cause analysis from external factors such as geographical features and other aspects,puts forward several suggestions to improve young teachers’ occupation identity sense of Beichuan area。... |
