Over the years,the university personnel work has been a purely administrative affairs management form,focusing on the use and management of people,this personnel management there are many drawbacks,more and more can not meet the needs of the development of colleges and universities.With the deepening of the reform and development of higher education,the human resources management in colleges and universities should meet the requirements of the development of education under the new situation,from traditional personnel management to modern human resource management,and use the new concept of human resource management to innovate university personnel management Work,establish a scientific and rational new mechanism of human resources management,attract and gather talents to colleges and universities,for the development of colleges and universities to provide a huge talent support.The university workers are the most important strategic resources for the development of colleges and universities.The correct analysis of the characteristics and incentive needs of the staff and workers in colleges and universities,the establishment of scientific incentive mechanism,can stimulate the internal motivation of workers,mobilize the enthusiasm of workers and enhance the competitiveness of colleges and universities.This paper studies the incentive mechanism of A university staff,and analyzes the behavior characteristics and demand characteristics of college workers,and uses the methods of literature analysis and investigation and research to get the A theory of backwardness and distribution in the process of implementing incentive management.The standard is unscientific,the incentive method is single,the performance evaluation mechanism is not scientific and reasonable,and the incentive theory is used to follow the idea and principle of the incentive mechanism design.The mechanism of the A university incentive mechanism is improved in material incentive,motivation and target incentive Strategy,and to improve the incentive mechanism system,the construction of a good campus culture atmosphere,the establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system and supervision system and other safeguard measures to expect to improve the A university staff incentive mechanism.
