The Research On The Construction Of Tearching Staff Of Indepent Ridio And Television Universities In Liaoning Province Under The Background Of Open University

As China stepping in to the stage of constructing a well-off society entirely,education gains a development with each passing day.In 2012,Chinese Ministry of Education founded the Open University in order to promoting cultural quality of our nations and helping them realizing their values.On the basis of China Central Radio and TV University and local Radio and TV Universities,the foundation of Open Univeristy in support of modern informational technology,concentrates and shares the best educational sources.It is a new type of university without walls whose school-running covering cities and villages through the whole country,which pays equal attention to the academic education as well as non-academic education,and carries out the distance and open education to the whole society.Therefore,in this context,whether Independent Radio and TV Universities can break through the constraint of traditional patterns of education and follow the revolutionary step of Chinese Open University or not,the key point is the contruction of teaching staff.As for the advantages of job and locality,six independent Radio and TV Universities in Liaoning province constitute the main object of the thesis,whcih will mainly discuss The problems and solutions lying in the constrution of teaching staff of these schools in the Background of Open University.There are five chapters in the thesis.The first chapter is forewords,mainly illustrating the context,effections and fruits of this study,as well as the methods used.The second chapter states some related concepts and theories,defining such concepts as independent Radio and TV Universities,the construction of teaching staff and Open University,introducing and discussing the related theories of the construction of teaching staff in the background of Open University,illustrating the necessity of strengthenning the construction of teaching staff for independent schools.The third chapter makes the empirical discuss,after illustrating current situation of the contruction of teaching staff of six independent Radio and TV Universities in Liaoning Province,this chapter lay stess on analyzing the problems.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons,meanwhile elaborating the goal in contructing the teaching staff.The last chapter explores the administrative solutions,firstly discussing how to take necessary measures,then studying such details as principles,methods,institutional and environmental assurance of the construction of teaching staff in Radio and TV University running independently in the background of Open University.At the end,the thesis makes a conclusion and an expectation.
