Colleges and universities is the place to train talents, the healthy development of colleges and universities can not be separated from all the teachers and logistics staff efforts. Nowadays, the socialization of logistics in universities is very common,and the quantity of socialized labor is very large. Therefore, the study on the socialization of labor in colleges and universities has important theoretical and practical significance. University logistics service, shouldering the teaching, research,logistics and a large number of basic tasks. With the development of socialization of logistics in colleges and universities, the employment of social workers in logistics departments of colleges and universities will directly affect the actual benefits of logistics in colleges and universities. With the development of the society, under the situation of new university logistics development, establish the scientific and reasonable incentive mode, fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of the socialized workers, enhance their working timeliness, establish their sense of ownership, has become The logistics department of the university is facing a major issue.This paper starts with the needs of the socialization of labor in colleges and universities, first of all through reading the relevant literature, analysis of the status quo of domestic and foreign research, analysis of the logistics of the social characteristics of chemical industry, aspirations and incentive management problems.Secondly, the questionnaire survey was carried out on 150 supernumerary staffs of Z University Logistic Service Corporation, and the practical inspiration measures were summarized, and the characteristics of the staffs of socialization of logistics in Z colleges and universities were analyzed. main problem. Finally, i use the relevant incentive theory to make a definite answer, and then puts forward the effective motivating form suitable for the socialization of the logistic laborers in colleges and universities, optimizes the socialized employment incentive system scientifically,and establishes the corresponding restraint mechanism.
