An Empirical Research On Pan Sexualization In Online Media And Multi-factors Influcing Adolescent Sex Socialization

The opinion has been approved by a research that against such background as more than 85% of Chinese teenagers able to obtain information through the internet,online media content and even the online environment are showing the trend of pan-sexulization.My study therefore tries to answer the questions that what influences will the pan-sexualization of online media have on adolescent sex socialization and what factors are influencing adolescent sex socialization process.This study is a follow-up study of the subject belonged to the Ministry of Education titled “the empirical research on Impact of the Environmental Pan-Nature on Adolescent Sexual Values”.Based on previous research,the author embarks onconducting a large-scale content analysis on the related samples of the collection,carries out a holistic scanning to the adolescent sexual values in the form of questionnaire surveys,and finally explores the relationship between the two as well as the factors influencing adolescent sexual socialization.To achieve this,the degree of network mediasexualization,adolescent sex socialization(mainly sexual values)questionnaire and the relationship between them will be examined.Besides that,whatother factors influencing adolescent sex socialization are also the core of our research.We will use the structural equation model to study the relationship between the two,andemploy SPSS to analyze what other factors influencing adolescent sex socialization.This study is divided into six chapters,the first mainly discusses content,significance,framework,methods and innovations of the study;in chapter II,some of the ma in concepts will be clarified,and the relevant literatures will be introduced to lay a foundation for the following study.The third chapter is about content analysis,which mainly includes conducting an empirical research on pan-sexualization inonline environment.In fourth chapter,the adolescent sexual values will be measured bydescribing the compilation,distribution and recycling of the questionnaire.The fifth chapter is the core of the research,mainly discussing the influencing factors of adolescent sexual values and the relationship between adolescent sexual value and pan-sexualizationtrend in online media.In last chapter,the dissertation divides the findings into two parts,the factors that directly influence adolescent sex ual values and the indirect factors on that,while shortcomings of the study will be also stated.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the online media's sexual process generally presents a "wide but not deep" characteristic,the degrees of sexualization differ from the other on different carries;the building of the gender images in online media still has not walked out from the shadow of the patriarchy.The demographic information,such as gender and age,is the direct factors influencing adolescent sexual values.More specifically speaking,Gender influences the cognition of adolescents in various dimensions including gender image,sexual loyalty,etc.Age affects adolescent acquiring sexual knowledge on the internet.Thirdly,the pan-sexualization featured environment of media is the indirect factor influencing the adolescent sexual values.
