The sex puzzle problem of juveniles in puberty has become an absorbing problem to many scholars in sociology, psychology, pedagogy and juvenile studies at present. Studies have shown that sexual maturity of young girls and young boys has been 1 year ahead of time each 25 years among the 100 years in the 20th century at the beginning of which the sexual maturity happened at 16 to 17 years old, but in the end, it had already advanced to 12 to 13 years old. On the other hand, the age of young people's marriage deferred greatly. At the beginning of the 20th century, young people's marriage age was about 20 years old, but in the end, it became to over 26 years old. The academia calls the period from sexual maturity to getting married "sex waiting time". Obviously, young people's "sex waiting time" has already been up to 10 years at present, even longer. And from the world scope, the overall trend of sex physical development taking sexual maturity as a sign leans forward, which has been proved with different degree in countries all over the world. Among nearly 1,300 million Chinese juveniles, there are up to more than 300 million from 10 to 20 years old and 20 million people who enter the period of sexual maturity every year.The problem that the juveniles in puberty are in psychological conflict or in a quiet psychological state is always in the focus of the discussion of psychology and sociology. Traditional classical viewpoint considered that puberty was a new birth and the arrival of puberty indicated the arising of people' more high—grade, more complex special quality.
