Research On The Application Of Case Management Model In "de Facto Orphans" Assistance

At present,Orphans in China has been the widespread concern of the whole society,and for “de facto orphans”,the orphan marginalized groups attention is not enough.According to incomplete statistics,as of 2011 the total number of national “de facto orphans” reached 58 million.“de facto orphans” are not only lack of rescue from the professional organizations and the relevant departments,also facing many other difficulties,like social support network,interpersonal relationships and cultural and educational etc.Case management model with respect to other modes of social work,has great advantage in resource links and integration,which could provide help for multiple service object,service object to stimulate the potential to assist the construction of social support network sound.This paper takes H town Guangzhou city of love-child care accompanied by de facto orphans "project as an example,to explore the feasibility of applying case management faces multiple difficulties for de facto orphans,intervention paths and methods,and possible problems,and the whole process of the project to carry out professional assessment and reflection.This paper focuses on the following parts: The first part is the background of the project,introduced the background of "love with de facto orphans’ care",analyzes and expounds the basic living situation of the orphans and the research significance of this article;The second part is the need to evaluate,on the basis of reviewing the existing research,clarify the research ideas and methods of this paper,through the Guangzhou H town de facto orphans face difficulties and reasons analysis,clear the service object rescue case management model;The third part is the substantive model.On the basis of the need for assessment,it could develop the overall and specific objectives of the project program.The fourth part is the specific practice content,the case management mode involved in the analysis of the orphan process;The fifth part is the project results for the assessment,which from three facts that the project objectives achieve situation,the satisfaction of clients and the project effect;the sixth part is the conclusions and reflection of the paper,and on the basis to make relevant recommendations.
