Class culture is the basic organizational form of the current education,it is an important environment for each student to grow,it is also an important base for the cultural transmission,class is also a micro society,the most direct contact with students groups.Class culture,as a fabulous force for education,can promote the healthy development of students.The construction of class culture is one of the ways to cultivate the all-round development of students.In recent years,in order to meet the needs of western countries for nursing talents,it is necessary for foreign nursing schools to provide international nursing specialty,good nursing skills and professional English ability.The construction of class culture of Foreign Nursing in secondary vocational schools has also been paid much attention by the educational circle.However,due to the low starting point,students are short of social cohesion and self-management ability,and teachers lack the seniority The importance of the class culture construction has been highlighted.In this study,through the investigation of the cultural construction,the author put forward the improvement strategy,promotes the class cohesion and improve the students quality.This study takes Heilongjang Linye College of Health Profession as an example,and uses the literature research method,questionnaire and case method to observe and collect the physical education in a class.Make sure the nursing class culture’s characteristic,constitution,function,meaning and the basic task of class culture construction.The reality of international class culture construction and practical management experiences,put forward thoughts and suggestions on the construction of class culture.
