In the era of knowledge economy of globalization,talent resource has become the most important strategic resource.Talent competition is the competition of talent system.Shenzhen longhua new district to achieve its strategic development goals,through the formulation and implementation of "dragon spanning the plan" and the innovative talents policy actively,optimize the talent service,working in the talent has obtained certain result,but there are still shortcomings.On the basis of predecessors' research,based on the importance of talent work in longhua area strategy development,using questionnaire survey method,discusses the influence factors of longhua district personnel work,research talent introduction and retention of the optimization countermeasures.Questionnaire designed in this paper including talent introduction,talent incentive,talent development and supporting services such as four grade I dimension,and on the basis of the subdivision of 13 class II dimension and 41 level III dimension.By the method of hierarchical classification of questionnaire data statistics and analysis,and it is concluded that the importance of the overall index(3.419)and the overall satisfaction index(2.920),among them,the overall satisfaction evaluation index is lower than the overall importance index of 0.499.Overall,the overall satisfaction index is below the state of satisfaction(4.0).In order to further explore the key factors influencing the longhua district personnel work,using comparative analysis method,studies the longhua district personnel work the importance and satisfaction of all the factors,research shows that:ability to ascend,personal development space and three dimension of class II influence factors such as social environment belongs to high importance but low satisfaction of the key factors.These three key factors have important influence on the enthusiasm of existing talent in longhua district.This is the focus of the talent work in longhua district,and it is also a practical problem for the talent work in longhua district.Based on this,this paper analyzes the causes of talent work in longhua district and puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the talent work in longhua district.The optimized countermeasures include:(1)to establish the brand of "dragon dance" from the system design level and improve the reputation of longhua.Establishand improve the talent review system to broaden the channel of longhua materials;Revise the evaluation method and implement the "guest expert think tank plan";We will expand financial aid to improve the treatment of talents.(2)from the policy implementation level,establish and perfect the talent management system,and dynamically plan the talent supply and demand of longhua talent;Improve the "dragon dance hua zhang plan",increase the capital investment appropriately.(3)build a comprehensive service platform and improve communication and communication mechanism from the market-oriented service level;Establish a "high-level talent service team" to provide efficient services;Build the talent pool platform,expand the high-level talent sharing exchange;Play the role of social organization and improve the efficiency of "dragon dance".Through the longhua district personnel work influence factors and optimization strategy research,this article aims to further enrich the theory of talent job market service knowledge,at the same time for the rest of the personnel work provides the reference and reference.
