As the main body of an enterprise,employees are also the main service objectives of corporate social work.The high turnover rate of employees in enterprises not only reduces the operating efficiency of the enterprise,causing instability in the enterprise,but also increases the operating cost of enterprise,and even has a great negative impact on the enterprise’s image.In that condition,the timely improvement of the employees5 turnover rate in the enterprises is one of the most important issues in the corporate social work.Corporate social work plays a role as an intermediary coordinator in resolving contradiction between enterprises and employees.And the purpose is to promote harmonious relations between employees and enterprises,achieve positive interaction between both parties,and create a win-win situation.From the internship experience,the author aims at the high employees’ turnover rate of S Company in Beijing and conducts corporate social work interventions.And this study explores the actual causes of employees’ turnover by the ways of semi-structured interviews and questionnaire surveys through the related literature review and summary;it is found that S Company has the problems of indifferent interpersonal relationships,high pressure of work,lack of group cohesiveness and so on.Hence,the author selects 12 staffs who want to improve their capabilities in S Company to conduct group service,and the aim is to improve the staffs’ interpersonal relationships,release their work pressure and enhance their abilities of communication and pressure reduction,thus it can gradually reduce the employees’turnover rate of S Company.Finally,the author summarizes the problems in the process of group work service,and proposes suggestions and countermeasures.Meanwhile,it presents policy advocacy for alleviating employees’ turnover rate of S Company in Beijing,This study considers that it needs the joint efforts for enterprise and social workers to solve the problem of employees’ turnover and the enterprise should set the position of social workers and optimize the interior management,so as to promote the humanistic development of the enterprise management.
