In recent years,the continuous improvement of China’s economic development level and the vigorous development of cultural industry,not only for education and training industry has brought the good development opportunities,but also make training industry highlights many problems.On the one hand,according to the overall economic environment and the development of the industry,training education industry as one of the industries of culture industry,it is also influenced by external macroeconomic factors,including political,economic and cultural environment factors,such as training education industry facing development opportunities at the same time also highlights the different problem;Different training industry,on the other hand,the internal management in a different way,each training education industry development by its own management level,internal control aspects of restriction,training education of the company’s internal management level directly affects its stability in the industry sustainable development in the future.From the perspective of its own competitive edge of enterprises is imminent.In the actual development process,the enterprise must strengthen the development strategy,human resource management system and organization system construction work,the above measures will inevitably cause great influence to staff work attitude.Employees working attitude is directly affect the enterprise target completion,is one of the key factors determine their own comprehensive competitiveness.Work attitude research work with the staff,and constantly improve the staff’s cohesive force,minimize employee turnover phenomenon occurs,thus to improve working efficiency and the enterprise competitiveness.Based on domestic and foreign scholars ’research on employee attitude and basic theories,this paper,using questionnaire and case study,firstly combs domestic and foreign scholars’ literature on improvement of employee’s work attitude,selects training and education industry This paper systematically analyzes the present situation of Huajie employees ’attitude to work,and systematically studies the influence of Huajie employees’ attitude towards job satisfaction,organizational commitment and job burnout from the three dimensions of job satisfaction,organizational commitment and job burnout.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the human resources of Huajie Company.At the same time,it can also provide reference for the similar training and education enterprises to improve the staff’s working attitude.In this paper include six big modules,the first module is the introduction,this paper expounds the research background of this article are introduced the research methods and main research contents and ideas of the article,at the same time also summarized in this paper,the innovation points;The second module for articles of theoretical basis and research review of scholars both at home and abroad,defines and expounds the theoretical foundation of the employees work attitude,and a summary about the work attitude of the scholars at home and abroad the research content,and to analyze;The third module for this paper the research object of the company’s basic situation,using questionnaire investigation method to study at the same time;The fourth module combined with job satisfaction,organizational commitment and job burnout three dimensions,analysis and points out that Chinese outstanding problems existing in the company’s employees work attitude management;The fifth module is aimed at data analysis results,and puts forward some concrete Suggestions,in order to improve Chinese outstanding employees working attitude;The research conclusion of the article,and 6 modules for the summary and outlook for the future studies,the article based on the depth of the study,further discusses the future how to more deep,all aspects of the study on the improvement of the employees working attitude.
