As the highest level in education,higher education is the embodiment of a country's comprehensive strength.As the important human resource in higher education,higher education teachers not only relate to the improvement of national scientific and technological innovation ability and the competitiveness in the world,but also determine the level of scientific research results and the quality of talent training in the university.Therefore,a stable,high-quality,well structured teaching and management team is needed.But how to attract,use and retain these talents,improve their satisfaction and give full play to their own ability,has become an urgent problem to be solved by all schools.As a private higher vocational college in Beijing,BKY school is facing greater competition for talents.This paper taking the full-time teachers and managers of BKY school as the research object,starts with the theoretical analysis of employee satisfaction,collects and summarizes the domestic and abroad relevant literature about employee satisfaction.Through the form of questionnaire survey,this paper makes an analysis and summary of the status of human resources and employee satisfaction in BKY school to explore the influencing factors of employee satisfaction.And according to the individual difference of staff and the different degree of influencing factors of satisfaction,it conveys five promotion strategies aimed at providing theoretical basis for the school to further improve the employee satisfaction,and helps the school go farther and obtain greater economic and social value.
