| Reading can enhance knowledge of rural primary and middle school teachers and professional knowledge.It keeps rural primary and middle school teachers promote ethics.And it is the morning star and the power source of rural primary and middle school teachers’ vocational education career.But national reading present situation is not optimistic,lack of research in reading of rural primary and middle school teachers without effectiveness promotion strategies for teacher reading.Research status and countermeasures on rural primary and middle school teacher reading promotes teacher reading,develops rural teacher full-development and improves the development of education.The literature method and the survey method are the basic research methods of this paper.Through the literature method,I analysis the existing studies mainly on the reading conception and the necessity of teacher reading,reading and its relationship and the status,countermeasures of the rural primary and middle school teachers reading and so on.By doing survey and investigating the rural primary and middle school teachers,I learn the basic reading information,the reading understanding and reading habits and methods of teachers.According to the research,I get the following conclusion.First,through teacher reading purpose,reading consciousness,reading content,reading resources and reading methods,I rationally fix out five dimensions about rural primary and middle school teachers reading.Second,according to the five,I make up some questionnaires and interviews for rural primary and middle school teachers and find the overall situation of primary and middle school teachers reading,existing five problems containing the cause of teaching thought and the work burden,weak reading atmosphere,shortage of reading resources and low value and defective reading methods.Third,according to the dimensions of reading and investigation and analysis,I put forward to promoting strategies for current situation of rural primary and middle school teachers reading.They are the expansion of the rural teacher reading infrastructure,building up a rural school reading atmosphere,construction of rural primary and middle school teachers reading system,strengthening guidance skills for the rural primary and middle school teachers reading and respecting the freedom of rural primary and middle school teachers reading time. |
