The professional growth and development of rural teachers is not only the main content of teachers’ professional development,but also a positive response to the national promotion obligation education balanced development strategy.The continuous expansion and development of the rural teachers’ team,the most important is the improvement of rural teachers’ professional competence.The improvement of the professional competence of teachers in rural primary schools is based on the realistic demand for the improvement of rural classroom teaching quality and the inner appeal of the professional growth of rural primary teachers.This study focuses on X city,regards the rural primary school teachers as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire investigation,interview investigation method,using the self-made measuring tool "status quo survey of rural primary school teachers’ professional ability",making the rural primary school teachers’ teaching design ability,organization and implementation ability,motivation and evaluation reflection ability,communication and cooperation ability,and the development ability of five dimensions be investigated.The study shows that the overall professional competence development of the rural primary school teachers in X city is in the middle and low level,and the professional ability development in each dimension presents an unbalanced state.In the five dimensions of teacher professional competence development,communication and cooperation ability is the highest,while self-reflection and development ability are not satisfactory.Natural environment,social environment,school leadership attaches great importance to the degree,the school management system,training methods,training content,teachers’ professional ability development consciousness and other factors will affect the development of the rural primary school teachers’ professional ability.Through the analysis of the professional competence of primary school teachers in rural areas,this study suggests that we should carry out reflective evaluation and improve the autonomy of teachers’ professional competence.Change management idea,construct the school environment of teacher professional ability development.We should improve the regional policy system,and set up a system to help teachers to improve their professional competence. |
