Primary education is the foundation of training talents and the key to lay a foundation for children’s lifelong development.As a special group of teachers,the teacher in charge has a dual identity,educators and administrators is the school to lead students into the school gate,enlightenment thought personal character and the main force of school education teaching work plan,is the school teaching management activity’s right-hand man,is the connection of school education,family education and social education link,to study for the professional development of primary school teacher in charge not only provide theoretical and practical reference,and comprehensively promote quality education to promote elementary school has important significance.This study combed the literature related to the professional literacy of the head teacher and the head teacher.On the basis of previous studies,through literature analysis,questionnaire,field interviews and other methods,the dimensions of the professional quality of the head teacher are determined,which are ideal belief,emotional morality,knowledge literacy,ability literacy,physical and mental literacy,and based on this,the survey tools are designed.This research combines qualitative research method with quantitative research method,randomly selects 200 class teachers and 300 students from6 primary schools in G County of Liaocheng City as the research objects,obtains the original sample data by issuing questionnaires,and analyzes the data in depth from gender,age,education background,category,professional title,working years,teaching subjects and other variables,and obtains the rural areas The current situation and influencing factors of the professional quality of the primary school head teacher,and then put forward the effective strategies to improve the professional quality of the head teacher.The results show that:First,the overall situation of the professional quality of primary school teachers is good,but there are still some differences in different levels.The head teacher of primary school has a high degree of ideal and belief,and has a sense of mission to contribute to the cause of education and a sense of social responsibility to cultivate the next generation.The teacher in charge of the emotional morality in the comprehensive recognition of the degree of standards in some specific moral behavior can reach a certain level of understanding;The head teacher of primary school can master a lot of practical knowledge,but lacks theoretical knowledge.In general,the ability and literacy level of the head teacher is not up to the standard,especially in the management of the problem students and parents of communication ability is relatively short,further improve the space is relatively large;The head teachers have reached the standard in terms of physical health and mental health,but some of them are still tired and tired,and their physical and mental state is not relaxed.Second,factors such as age,teaching age,years of working as a head teacher,the highest education level of the beginning,and teaching subjects have a significant impact on the professional quality of the head teacher.Third,the survey of students shows that the overall quality of the head teacher is relatively high,but there is still room for improvement in family communication,computer operation,information technology and other aspects.Based on the analysis and summary of the factors affecting the professional literacy of the head teachers in rural primary schools in G county,this paper proposes the countermeasures on how to improve the professional literacy of the head teachers in rural primary schools in G county from the aspects of the head teachers themselves,schools,education authorities and the parents’ society. |
