Nowadays,China’s government advocates quality education,in order to promote the all-sided development of students.In such context,the strength of teachers is far not enough to cultivate a perfect person,Parents should support and cooperate with teachers.As the main manager and tutor of children at school,the teacher communicate with the parents most.It is very important to strengthen the effectiveness of the communication between teachers and parents to promote the development of the students.This paper is Based on the random sampling survey in X primary school,Jinzhou City,and discusses the present problems in teacher-parents communication,analyzes the cause of the problems and proposed the optimization strategy to solve this practical issue.This paper includes four parts:The first part is introduction,which expounds the basis of the topic,the research summary,the research methods,the research value and the related concepts.The second part is the investigation on the communication between the head teacher and the parents in X primary school.First,the research object is described.Then the purpose of the survey and the main contents of investigation are intoduced.And finally the basic information of class teachers and parents to participate in the investigation is presented,including communication awareness,communication content,communication mode,and communication frequency.The third part is the result and analysis of the investigation.The survey highlights the communication behavior on students "protection",highlights the "one-sided" communication contents,and communication ways,highlights the lack of frequency of communication.In addition,this part also analyzes the causes of these problems under the actual situation of X primary school.The fourth part focuses on the strategies to optimize teacher-parents communication in X primary school.This paper suggests that measures should be taken in enhancing communication behavior,,enriching the content of the communication,optimizing the ways of communication,attention to the communication art and communication with clear subject.
