Research On Present Situation Of Learning Management And Improvement Measures For Nursing Students In K Vocational School

The management of secondary vocational education has been the greatest concentration of problem of the secondary vocational school,the problem that how to make the student learning management effective,how to correct students’ learning motivation and how to cultivate autonomous learning ability is particularly prominent.Modern vocational education requires "learning to learn" and " learning by themselves","lifelong learning".How to improve the management level of the students’ learning,how to develop students’ self-confidence,how to improve students’ recognition to school management,how to help students form the correct outlook on life and values,all of these have become the great challenge of secondary vocational schools,but also the important subject that we should pay attention to.According to the research to the school K,the author analyzes the present situation of learning management and the reasons,and then try to find out the countermeasures.According to the literature method,the author arrange the related literature,and research five aspects,they are,the students’ autonomous learning,the class teacher’s arrangement,the supervision of the teachers,the institution of teaching management and campus culture.After data analysis,the author found that there are five problems that the school K has.The five problems are followed.The first one,students’ learning motivation is not correct,the interest of study is not strong,learning attitude is not correct,self-control is poor;Second,the communication between teachers and students is too little,the method of the teacher in charge is single and the teacher in charge work under great pressure.Third,the communication between teachers and students are not harmonious,teachers lack the sense of responsibility,and they need to constantly improve the teaching level;Fourth,the school institution of teaching management and supervision is incomplete,so is the implementation to the students;Fifth,the campus culture has small influence on students,school activities can not meet the needs of students,the learning atmosphere is not strong.In view of the existing problems,and accordingly puts forward some measures to improve the management of K vocational school students’ learning.First,guides the students to the correct learning motivation,learning attitude,strengthen the cultivation of the ability of autonomous learning management;Second,optimize class teachers’ management way,standardize the students autonomous learning management;Third,strengthen the class management,stimulate the student intrinsic motivation;Fourth,improve supervision function to class and teaching,promote the students’ learning programming;Fifth,promote campus culture,create harmonious atmosphere of study.
