In secondary vocational schools,the Chinese language course is a compulsory basic course for students of all majors.Undoubtedly,it plays an indispensable role.However,in recent years,due to the "high school fever" and other factors brought by the college expansion plan,the number of secondary vocational school students decreased year by year,and the quality of students has also declined,which led to an increase in the difficulty of language classroom management,and the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching is low.The phenomenon that students are tired of learning and teachers are tired of teaching is very common,and even forms a vicious circle,which deeply troubles teachers and students in secondary vocational schools.Classroom management is the basic condition for the survival of teaching activities.Scientific and effective classroom management is of great significance to improve the teaching effect and cultivate high-quality talents.Taking Kunming Guandu Vocational Senior Middle School as an example,this paper makes an in-depth investigation on the status quo of Chinese classroom management in sample schools by means of questionnaire survey,interview and observation on the basis of sorting out and analyzing existing literature on classroom management at home and abroad.Combined with the results of the questionnaire survey and the teachers’ interviews and classroom observations,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in Chinese classroom management from three aspects: classroom environment management,classroom order management and classroom activity management;and analyzes the causes of problems from the five levels of students,teachers,secondary vocational schools,families and social environment.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization strategies of Chinese classroom management in secondary vocational schools from the two levels of secondary vocational school Chinese teachers and secondary vocational schools,emphasizing that Chinese teachers should attach importance to classroom management and improve their own classroom management ability.Secondaryvocational schools should strengthen the construction of relevant systems,give full play to their own role,and make joint efforts to improve the effectiveness of Chinese classroom management and improve the quality of Chinese teaching. |
