In recent years,with the comprehensive development of market economy and social life in China,technical talents with high professional level and strong practical ability are urgently required.Under the influence of this environment,secondary vocational education ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity.From the point of view of the current development of vocational colleges,its training countless technical personnel to meet the needs of different industries.However,as far as the development of education and teaching in secondary vocational colleges is concerned,we should face up to all kinds of problems while making certain achievements.Among them,the most prominent problems are the deficiency of student management system,the absence of student management organization,and the absence of management implementation.The causes of the problem are multiple,mainly the government,party schools,enterprises,teachers and students,etc.In the face of this reality dilemma,vocational schools have been aware of their own shortcomings,and try to take positive measures to cope with it.In the process of comprehensive promotion of education reform in vocational schools,the cultivation concept of combining work with study emerged as The Times required,which has become a tailor-made management model for vocational education.In view of this,this paper takes S City Vocational Education Center School as an example,based on the talent training system of "work study combination" mode in vocational education,discusses in detail the implementation strategy of student management.Through the research,the following views are obtained: first,the current situation of secondary vocational education students’ management based on the perspective of work study combination shows that the secondary vocational education students’ management based on the perspective of work study combination is mainly school teachers,and enterprises almost do not participate in it.Generally speaking,enterprises’ management and service consciousness in the process of "work study combination" is weak.Secondly,from the perspective of the combination of work and study,the management problems and causes of secondary vocational education students are shown in five aspects,namely,students,government,schools,teachers and enterprises.The five aspects of students,government,schools,teachers and enterprises have different problems and reasons.Thirdly,it puts forward targeted countermeasures for students,government,schools,teachers and enterprises.Based on the actual needs of student management,it puts forward specific methods to build a mechanism and improve the system,so as to give better play to the talent training advantages of "work study combination" and promote the sustainable development of secondary vocational schools.Through the study,we can draw the following conclusions: first,only by fully analyzing the problems and causes of secondary vocational education students’ management from the perspective of work study combination,and by establishing new mechanisms,introducing new systems,and implementing new methods,can we improve the effectiveness of student management under the mode of work study combination,so as to provide theoretical basis and Practice for secondary vocational students’ management from the perspective of work study combination reference resources.Second,by giving full play to the advantages of the combination of work and study,we can improve the employment quality and market competitiveness of secondary vocational school graduates,significantly shorten the distance between talent output and enterprise demand,which is of positive significance to reflect the value of secondary vocational education and promote the sustainable development of secondary vocational education.
