Research On The Problems Of The Art Class Management Of Lianyungang XX Three-star Senior High School

In the context of curriculum reform and innovation,a variety of teaching reform have been carried ou.However,the problems of the art class management of senior high school haven’t been discussed and solved thoroughly.The key point in the ate class management is that the school must take the students as the center in the process of management and take effective metheds to make the art chass students.This special group,obtain all-round development.This paper focuses on the study of the problems of the art class students management of Lianyungang XX three-star senior high school.In Lianyungang,students of three-star senior high school,whoachieve poorly in the academic subjects,can hardly pass the college entrance examination and gain Bachelor’s degree.In order to charge this situation,part of the studengs begin to study art and sports,such as art,music,media and football.However,senior high schools haven’t formed a set of specialized management mechanism for the managent work of these students.Although the senior high school take unified and normative administration over the whole school ang keep the school in good order,this kind of management lacks pertinence and the students lacks individual development,making these students hard to adapt themselves to this management system.In this case,the relationship between the teachers and students is abnormal,causing some psychological and behavioral problems.The problems arise in that:first,the school neglect the management of the art classes;second,the management ideas of the teachers can not be updated in time;third,the specialism of the head teacher needs improving;last,the students themselves also have problems to some extent.All these problems have effects on the management of the art classes in the school.One of the manager in the school,I take the art class of my school as the study farget to analyze the problems in the art class management,find out the factors and induce the concrefe stratcgies to solve these problems,hoping to provide the colleagues the same kind of school with some reference.
